Free Ballet Intensive with Minnesota Classical Dance Academy

This June, Minnesota Classical Dance Academy (MNCDA) is proud to offer a free Ballet Intensive designed for dancers of all experience levels—from absolute beginners to advanced students.

Rooted in our mission to make high-quality dance training accessible to all, this week-long program provides focused instruction in ballet technique, artistry, and strength. Thanks to generous support from the SANDS Fellowship through the University of Minnesota, the intensive is completely free with attire provided for those in need. Held at the Barbara Barker Center for Dance in Minneapolis, the program reflects our commitment to inclusive, community-centered dance education.

Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or preparing for a professional path, we welcome you to join us. The intensive will conclude with a Gala, celebrating the dancers’ hard work and growth throughout the week with a performance open to families, friends, and the community.
