Threads Dance Connections Summer Intensive is Open for Early Enrollment

Threads Dance Project is excited to announce the return of our unique summer intensive experience! Even more exciting is that this year’s intensive will serve as a preliminary workshop where students can get early practice with audition material in preparation for our upcoming audition for our new pre-professional dance training program, Youth Dance Project (YDP), scheduled for July 31.

Our Dance Connections 2021 Summer Intensive includes developmentally appropriate movement classes in ballet, modern, creative movement, composition/choreography, improvisation, and hip hop. We are especially eager for your student to experience the distinctive arts activism and dance history course that gives our summer intensive its name!

We invite you to join us in our bright and airy new studio this summer where your student will enjoy rigorous dance education in a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Register by June 1 to receive a discount. Come learn, experience, create and connect with us!

TU Dance Center: Dancing Together

Dancing Together

This virtual workshop is designed for children (ages two through four) and their parent/caregiver who are interested in a shared movement experience that engages the senses of curiosity and play. Both child and caregiver will participate in developmentally appropriate movement exercises that incorporate elements such as effort, shape, and tempo. Music will play an essential role in the class as students will be asked to respond to sounds as well as make sounds themselves. Come and experience the power of Resonance!
