Lucid Movement Workshop

Lucid Movement is a new practice exploring how we can “journal” with our bodies. Using an integration of yoga, dance, and physical theater techniques we will let movement be our guide as we explore ideas together and perhaps come away with a moment of inspiration, aha, or shared laughter.

All movement experience levels are welcome – bring your body and your curiosity.
This month we’re exploring wonder.
