Laurel’s Investigative Ballet Class

Laurel Keen’s Investigative Ballet Class utilizes the ballet form to restore clarity and precision of movement while simultaneously pushing the boundaries of the technique to discover more expansion and risk-taking. This class takes time to question habitual patterns and tapping into greater play, textural dynamics, musicality and individual artistry within ballet technique.
Abdo’s Ballet Barre/GYROKINESIS® Classes
Tuesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 12

Abdo Sayegh Rodriquez’s Ballet Barre/GYROKINESIS® Class combines the structure and technique of a ballet barre with the GYROKINESIS® Method, which is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.
Cost: $16 for a class, $140 for a Class Card, $56 for 4 classes purchased together.
